Rose
Why I made it?
I find Roses to be elegant and graceful as they bloom, their fragrance is cot by the breeze and captivate me every time. The rose is a beautiful flower but can pack a hard punch with thorns if not handled the right way. Although the funny thing is, this flower is around the world, a symbol of love.
Meaning
Roses are a symbol of romantic interest in someone and elegance, the idea is that depending on the color of rose, it will express your emotions in a way that is thoughtful and more romantic. In Japan roses are not the native flower but holds the same symbol of love. Roses also play a part in the art of flower arranging (ikebana) meticulously putting flowers together to enhance the grace and beauty of these breath-taking arrangements
The roses' color and amount impact the emotional message when giving someone roses. A purple rose arrangement is a gift you would give to someone to show respect and honor or someone higher up in status like your boss. So, you don't want to be giving your boss a bouquet of red roses because they will think you're passionately in love with them. Blue roses mean a big achievement that felt impossible to accomplish because they don’t exist in nature. Red and white arrangement of flowers mean harmonious love. So, choose wisely when gifting roses
Interesting Story
The blue roses may not exist in nature but for 13 years the scientists at an Australian company and a Japanese company collaborated in the creation of a blue pigmented delphinidin from a genetically engineered white rose in 2002.
